A six week program to keep your young soccer player fresh over the winter months.
Each session is 90 minutes long and will consist of a warm up, a focus on a technical aspect of the game, with 30 minutes of small sided games to finish each week.
All the fundamentals; such as passing, dribbling, moves, turns, receiving and shooting will be covered.
This will be a great continuation for those, who participated in the Fall Academy, or even new players wanting touches on the ball.
It is also a great opportunity for those that are looking to participate in the up coming competitive tryouts, to brush up on their skills.
