Coaching Points
- Start with the ball in front of you, feet shoulder width apart
- With your right foot; knock the ball lightly to the right with the outside of your foot
- Then back in with the inside of the foot
- Repeat straight away with the left foot knocking the ball to the left with the outside of the foot and then back in with the inside of the foot
- This should be repeated for a certain amount of time with a focus on quick touches
