David Beckham knows that Soccer weight training is necessary to be the best. There are a lot of ways to build muscle, but not all of them are the best for soccer. The weight lifting plan will help you prepare your body for playing soccer at a high level.

Strength training is a principle that needs to be used carefully. The use of weight training to build strength should only be used for those players of the correct age. Individuals above the age of 16 will be more prone to a weights programme due to muscle and bone maturity and density.
