Where leaders are born
Where team players are developed
Division I soccer is for the serious soccer player who has the passion, desire and commitment for not only themselves but for their team. The season is typically longer with training 3 times a week, more tournaments and outside activities. Playing time can be decided on commitment, attendance and playing performance. Winning is also an important factor especially as the players get older.
Division III soccer is for the player who wants to play at a higher level than the Rec Program but does not want to be as fully committed as a division I player.

Try Outs
Try outs can be fun but they can also be hard work and frustrating especially if you do not have a structure in place. 24-7 can help plan and run your try outs from registration to player selection.
Coach Education
Coach Education has to be one of the most important topics within youth soccer. We all confess to be great coaches, however good coaches are alwayslooking to improve their knowledge and “steal” ideas from others. Remember a coach’s mind is like a parachute – it works best when it is open.
It is very difficult to set up specific coach education sessions. We therefore build these to fit the age of player and level of coach and more importantly the requirements of the club.
Coach Interview & Selection
Selecting coaches is not always easy, sometimes there are not enough, but at times too many. How do you decide? An interview evaluation sheet helps start to evaluate coaches strengths and weaknesses before a formal interview with questions to help conclude as to who is the best suited coach for the position. The interview can also include getting coaches to design a session either on paper or a board as well as where appropriate a field session that can be evaluated. The process can be tailored to suit your requirements and the structure ensures that all candidates are treated equally and allows all parties concerned to come to a more detailed and realistic conclusion.
