Coaching Points

  • Start with the ball in front of you, feet shoulder width apart
  • With the inside of the right foot, knock the ball to the left foot and then back to the right
  • This should be repeated for a certain period of time
  • Try to increase the speed that you perform the exercise at whilst remaining balanced and stationary
  • You should also ensure a firm touch on the ball each time with the inside of the foot
