Coaching Points
U9-U13
- Perform inside out-side
- Drive/dribble towards cone. (defender)
- Manipulate ball first with inside of foot & then outside.
- Creating a ‘V’ or zig/zag with soccer ball.
- First touch moves defender inside and then you attack space outside.
- Should be done at pace, explode after second touch. (Quick feet)
- Head up so you can see defender and time the move.
- As you become more accomplished can we do this in one motion.

- Touches are very quick, one motion.
- Should be done at pace, explode after second touch. (Quick feet)
- Head up so you can see defender and time the move.
- Practice with both feet.
